Bluecube Interactive is a digital marketing agency and a subsidiary of AvBrowne advertsiing. We are a young dynamic company with clients across a range of industries with offices in Dublin and Belfast. We are currently seeking a new Account Director responsible for new business Development based in the Dublin office.

You need to be highly driven, outgoing, enthuasiastic, excellent at public speaking, presentations and relationship management. Preferably with an agency background in the area of new business/client services. The canditate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how an advertising agency functions within the Irish Market. You should be comfortable with idea generation and strategic thinking.

You will need to be visible within the industry and attend/present at external customer meetings. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable success and experience in business development for a digital or traditional media agency.

Skills required

A primary degree in Marketing/Advertising
6 years plus experience preferrably in an agency environment
Excellent microsoft office skills
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work well on your own initiative
Excellent presentation skills
