Most Promising New Campaign!

With the upcoming 2010 Meteor Ireland Music Awards the talk of the airwaves, Meteor asked us to promote a new category “Most Promising New Artist” and get people voting for their favourites. As the title implies, this was to be a campaign promoting raw, authentic talent before they get snapped up by a big name label. Real music lovers have passion. They get lost in the moment, close their eyes and feel the music through their body. To capture this insight, we devised a campaign that visualises this concept in a fun, interactive and attention grabbing way - ‘Moshing’!

We created rich media banners with the nominated tracks initiated upon rollover and network banners to push visitors to vote on the meteor site and a YouTube homepage takeover special, where we see our ‘Mosher’ dancing to all the shortlisted tracks.
