Hastings Hotels Website Refresh

Phase one of the process launched in early 2010. Working closely alongside AVB’s branding team on colour schemes, logos and backdrops, we developed a structure, tone and style to serve that need. From that launch, we actively monitored the website traffic to really drill down to what mattered to users - to learn how and what helped trigger a booking. The knowledge and learnings from that 18 month period supplied the creative spark for redesigning the website with a greater visual emphasis, built upon more streamlined and targeted user journeys. The new website launched at the end of June 2011. We’re expecting good results to follow….
