Bio

I am currently the most recent addition to the Bluecube office. I enjoy a variety of sports and like to read and write. I am better at reading than writing. Better at watching sports than playing them. I enjoy a fairly active social life and travelling.

My educational background is legal. I did a BBl (Bachelor of Laws) at Trinity College Dublin and after spending half a year studying in Italy and a further six months in Holland, I received an Honours M.A from the University of Padua. I worked for several years in that – legal - field. I have lived and worked in several countries in Europe. I am a fairly recent convert to the world of letters, although I did work as a freelance copywriter for some time before joining Bluecube.

I have been influenced by a variety of different people and different things over the years. Some of the people are famous, some are obscure. Some of the things are epic: some are fairly simple and mundane. Books are a big thing for me and I generally have to prevent myself from reading works by people who are long dead (I’m great craic, really..).

In terms of music it is all very varied and a little all over the place. Alphabetically, on my iPod, you would be getting from Aim to the Wonder Stuff.
